Wyldewood occupies a 10 acre site adjacent to a protected wetland and a dedicated treed preserve connected to the Collingwood Trail network.  The development incorporates 171 condominium units in seven 3 ½ storey blocks.  Exterior access corridors provide each unit with daylight from at least two sides, natural cross-ventilation and mountain and bay views.  Loft units on the top floors feature open lofts, two-storey great rooms and dormer style windows.  An outdoor pool with a central meeting house forms the social centre of the community.  Natural materials set the tone for the exterior design.
